    What exactly counts as 1 AI message?

    One AI message = one reply sent by the AI bot to a lead on WhatsApp. When a lead sends a message and the bot responds, that is 1 credit used. If the bot follows up automatically (because the lead went quiet), each follow-up message is also 1 credit. Test Chat conversations during setup do not count as live credits.

    Is the AI bot included in the base 3Sigma CRM plan?
