A real example
A team gets 300 enquiries a month. The bot sends about 6 messages to each one, replies plus follow-ups, on the balanced model. That is 1800 messages and 3,600 credits a month. On the Scale pack that comes to about ₹900 a month, or ₹3.00 for every lead answered, at any hour, in your own words, from your own files.

How much does the WhatsApp AI bot cost?
The bot runs on prepaid credits. A bot message costs 1, 2 or 6 credits depending on how capable a model you pick. Credits are sold in packs: 1,000 credits for ₹399, 5,000 credits for ₹1,499, 20,000 credits for ₹4,999. That works out to ₹0.25 to ₹0.40 a credit. Use the calculator above for your own numbers.
What is a credit?
A credit is one unit of AI work. The bot spends credits only when it sends a message to a lead. Lighter models cost 1 credit a message, the default balanced model costs 2, and the most capable model costs 6.
Do credits expire?
Yes. Each pack is valid for a fixed time: Starter 90 days, Growth 180 days, Scale 365 days. The calculator shows how much of a pack you would use before it expires, so you can pick the pack that wastes the least.
Is there a free allowance?
Every new account gets 10 free credits to see the bot work. The 7-day free trial also includes the Ultimate plan features.
Do I need a particular plan to use the AI bot?
The AI bot is part of the Ultimate plan (₹3,600 per user per year). Credits are bought on top of the plan, as prepaid packs.
Is AI voice calling priced the same way?
No. AI voice calling is in early access on select accounts and has its own prepaid credits, charged by the minute at 3, 4 or 6 credits a minute depending on voice quality. Voice packs: 200 credits for ₹299, 1,000 credits for ₹1,299, 4,000 credits for ₹4,399.
Are Meta's WhatsApp charges included?
No. Meta bills the WhatsApp Business conversation fees to your own WhatsApp Business Account. 3Sigma adds no per-message fee on top, and AI credits are separate from Meta's charges.
Where do I see how many credits I have used?
Open the credits screen in the web app. It has tabs to buy credits, see usage and view the history of every deduction.
