Is 3Sigma's AI bot available to all accounts?
The WhatsApp AI Bot is available on eligible 3Sigma accounts (controlled by an org-level setting). Not all plans include it by default — speak to the sales team about availability and credit wallet pricing.
What is the credit wallet for the AI bot?
The AI bot uses prepaid credits — 1 credit = 1 AI message sent by the bot. You top up credits via Razorpay (packs or custom top-up). A full activity ledger shows how each credit was used.
