  • Tracking certain information associated with your mobile device, such as location, device ID, call information, device type, operating system, call logs, and SMS data.

Special Note on Google Sheets Integration

  • OAuth Scope: To facilitate the import of leads from Google Sheets, we request OAuth scope to access your Google Drive and Google Sheets. This access allows you to directly import leads into your 3Sigma account by connecting your Google account.
  • Data Handling: We use the data from Google Sheets solely to insert leads into your account. We do not store any Google Sheets-related data on our servers. After each insertion operation, the data is immediately discarded.
  • Data Protection: We adhere to strict data protection measures to ensure that your Google Sheets data is handled securely and responsibly. This process is designed to protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized access to your data.

This allows you to import leads directly into your account by connecting your Google account, enhancing the efficiency of lead management. It’s important to note that we only use this data to insert leads into your account. We do not store any Google Sheets-related data on our servers; it is discarded after each insertion operation, ensuring your data’s privacy and security.

Contact List Usage

We understand the importance of your contact list’s privacy and security. Our usage of your contact list is limited to facilitating the addition of contacts as leads. This feature allows for a seamless experience within our Apps. Please note the following regarding the contact list usage:

  • We do not upload or transfer your contact lists to our servers or any third-party servers.
  • Access to your contact list is limited to your device only, enabling the new lead creation from the phonebook feature.
  • We do not share your contact list with any third party, unless required by applicable law.
  • Your contact list will not be used for marketing or advertising purposes unrelated to adding leads.
  • We implement appropriate measures to secure your contact list and prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
  • Disabling the contact list feature may result in unexpected app behavior and the inability to add leads from contacts.

Location Permissions

We may request location permissions to create geotagged records of activities, such as customer visits, using our check-in feature. This feature is optional and can be disabled, but it may impact certain functionalities. We do not share your location data with any third party. We take appropriate security measures to protect your location data, and we delete it once associated activities or accounts are deleted.

File Upload Feature

Our app allows users to upload various file types, such as invoices, PDFs, and images, to keep relevant files organized and accessible. Please note the following regarding file uploads:

  • We only upload files explicitly provided by users to our servers.
  • We do not upload any other files to our servers, ensuring the safety and security of your data.
  • This feature is optional and can be disabled, but limited access to certain features may occur.
  • We delete your files or data once they are deleted or the associated leads or account are deleted.

Third-Party Providers

Certain functions within our Apps may be provided, developed, or hosted by third parties not affiliated with 3Sigma. These entities may collect, process, or receive information you provide within the Apps, including information about your use of our Apps and activities over time. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies and business practices, beyond 3Sigma’s control. Disclosure of Your Data

We may disclose Your Data in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements, to exercise our legal rights, defend against legal claims, investigate illegal activities or suspected fraud or abuse, or protect our rights and property. Personalization and Third-Party Ads

Termination and Data Deletion

You have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time by sending us an email at support@3Sigma.com to request the deletion of Your Data and Service account. Deleted information may be kept in encrypted backups for up to 90 days, accessible only for disaster recovery purposes.

Monitoring and Error Reporting

We utilize third-party services such as Sentry, Crashalytics, and Embrace to monitor our application, track API responses and requests, and ensure the best user experience.
